What the pages state and what they do not
A page here records what retrieved records state, with the identifier of each record. Where a record describes an amount administered in a study, the page shows that amount only as what that named study reported in its own stated model, in the past tense. That is a description of published work, not an instruction, and it is not transferable to anything else.
Where a record describes an adverse effect, the page names the study model on the row. An absent row records that no retrieved record reported one, nothing more.
Regulatory statements record the result of a query against a public register on a stated date. They are not legal advice and they are not a jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction assessment.
